Popular online campsite marketplace Campsites.co.uk announces the winners of its 2017 camping and glamping awards.
Shining a spotlight on the UK’s best camping, glamping and touring sites, winners in the 2017 Campsites.co.uk camping and glamping awards were announced today.
Cumbrian campsite, Park Cliffe near Windermere, has won the national Popular Choice award in the 2017 Campsites.co.uk camping and glamping awards, announced yesterday (20th December).
Melody Farm Shepherd’s Huts in Cornwall scooped the national Best Glamping Site in 2017 award for its great site facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court and gym which guests can access while staying in the romantic huts.
Sandy Balls Holiday Village in Hampshire received the national Top Dog in 2017 award for dog-friendly sites, offering an on-site exercise field for pooches and the chance to rent bikes from a local company that include doggy trailers.
Blackberry Wood in Sussex has won the national award for Most Unique Site in 2017, which features a range of quirky glamping accommodation such as the handcrafted treehouses Higgledy and Piggledy, plus the chance to sleep in a converted London double-decker bus and a Wessex helicopter.
